PREPARATION:
(Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial).

USE OF FACILITIES AND STAFF:
Use of Facilities and Staff Services for Visitation (3:00pm to 7:00pm): $ 295.00
(Our services include set-up of visitation area, placement of encased remains, display of floral arrangements, supervision of and attendance during the visitation.)
Use of equipment and Staff for Funeral Ceremony: $ 425.00
(Our services include coordinating the funeral arrangements, supervision of the funeral service, display of floral arrangements and Staff to assist with the funeral ceremony.)
Use of equipment and Staff for Memorial Service (without remains present): $ 425.00
(Our services include coordinating the memorial service arrangements, supervision of the memorial service, display of floral arrangements and staff to assist with the service.)
Use of equipment and Staff for Graveside Service: $ 425.00
(Our services include Accompaniment of remains to cemetery, supervision of graveside service, display of floral arrangements and staff to assist with the service.)
Use of equipment and Staff for Rosary, Wake or Evening Service: $ 425.00
Additional charge for Use of equipment and Staff on weekends & holidays: $ 500.00
TRANSPORTATION:
Transfer of deceased from place of death to mortuary: $ 595.00

** Additional distance will be charged at $ 3.95 per mile.
FORWARDING OF REMAINS TO ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME: $ 1,595.00
This charge includes removal of remains from place of death, minimum services of staff, necessary authorizations, embalming, use or preparation room and local transportation (excluding shipping charges and shipping container). This charge does not include use of facilities and staff for visitation or ceremonies.
RECEIVING REMAINS FROM ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME: $ 1,595.00
This charge includes minimum services of staff, transportation from airport, transportation of remains to cemetery or crematory. This charge does not include visitation of ceremonies.
DIRECT CREMATIONS: $ 595.00
If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and are made of cardboard (without an outside covering).
Our charge for direct cremations (without ceremony) include:
Removal of remains, transportation to crematory, refrigeration and minimum services of Staff. Cremation Fee is included.
Direct cremation with alternative cardboard container: $ 595.00
Direct cremation with container provided by the purchaser (all such containers must meet Any applicable State or crematory requirements): $ 595.00
Direct cremation with casket purchased from our funeral home (in addition to cost of casket): $ 1,595.00 to $ 4,595.00
IMMEDIATE BURIAL: $ 995.00
Our charge for immediate burial (without any rites or ceremonies at the funeral home, graveside or elsewhere) include:
Removal of remains, transportation to cemetery and minimum services of staff.
1. Immediate burial with container provided by the purchaser (all such containers must meet any applicable State or cemetery requirements): $ 995.00
2. Immediate burial with minimum casket: $ 1,690.00
